Trade Arabia reported that Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Company had signed a preliminary agreement with South Korea's Daelim Industrial Company to build a petrochemical plant in Jubail.
As per report, the plant will have the capacity to produce 300,000 tonnes per year of low density
