Bloomberg reported that Hunan Valin Iron & Steel Group plans to raise as much as CNY 10 billion in a public offering in Hong Kong.
The Xiaoxiang Morning Herald, citing Valin Chairman Mr Li Xiaowei’s at a local government meeting, reported this plan.
