It is reported that Bihar Sponge Iron has approved sale of waste heat gases generated during the DRI production process to Chandil Power Company for supply of the sale of waste heat from the plant shall be on the basis of calorific value of the heat and it is expected that the company will generate additional annual revenue of INR 150 million per annum.
