Arab News reported that Saudi Electricity signed last week SAR 458 million contracts with construction company Alfanar to add generating capacity to the Hail 2 power plant.
The agreement was signed between Mr Ali Saleh Al Barrak CEO of SEC and Mr Sabah Al Mutlaq vice chairman of Alfanar
