Uranium One Inc BOD approved the recommendation to the holders on the acquisition of 50% in Akabstau and 49.67% in Zarechnoe from Atomredmetzoloto.
ARMZ will pay USD 610 million including USD 498 to the holders directly. ARMZ will get 365 million new common stocks of Uranium One.
