Schnitzer Steel Industries Inc announced that it has acquired substantially all of the assets of Golden Recycling & Salvage Inc of Billings. Schnitzer's subsidiary, SSI Big Sky LLC, purchased the assets and is now operating the facility as Schnitzer Steel Billings.
