Mr Jairam Ramesh environment minister informed the Rajya Sabha that six out of 128 cement plants in the country are not complying with the prescribed emission standards.
Mr Ramesh said that the non compliant plants are
1. Cement Corporation of India, Bokajan in Assam
2. Bagalkot Cement
