China Knowledge reported that Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Co Ltd recently announced that it has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with China National Coal Group Co Ltd in Beijing and will provide it a credit line of CNY 15 billion.
The bank will also provide cooperate finance services including enterprise mergers and acquisitions, investment banking, off-shore business and cash management as well as personal finance services to support China National Coal's development.
The agreement, which not only provides credit but also strengthens cooperation in innovative financial services, marks a new stage in cooperation between China National Coal and the bank.
