The first Meeting of the Board of Directors of RINMOIL Ferro Alloys Private Limited a JV Company beween RINL & MOIL for setting up of a Ferro Alloy Plant at Bobbili was held on September 11th 2009 at its Registered Office at Visakhapatam.
The Meeting was chaired by Mr PK Bishnoi who is the non executive Chairman of RINMOIL Ferro Alloys Pvt Ltd. In addition to the Board Members, the Meeting was also attended by Mr KJ ingh CMD of MOIL as a special invitee. Both the JV Partners handed over Cheques for the initial share capital of INR 1 million each to the Chairman of the JV Company.
In the meeting, the Board took note of the incorporation of the Company, its first Directors, CEO and CFO and deliberated upon other important business matters for enabling the JV Company to start its functioning. The Board cleared proposal related to environmental clearance, soil testing and directed for early floating of the tenders for the furnaces.
