It is reported that Tianjin Pipe Corp and Jiangsu Shagang Group’s Huaigang Special Steel Co Ltd have signed a cooperation agreement this April to jointly build a large gauge seamless steel pipe project.
Both parties are upbeat about the potential in North China for the product
