MEED reported that 2 contracting groups have been short listed for the SAR 3.75 Finance Ministry contract to build a monorail at Princess Noura bint Abdulrahman University for Women in Riyadh.
The 2 groups are Saudi Binladin Group with Japan's Mitsubishi Corporation and the local Al-Arrab
