Interfax reported that Kazakhstan increased oil production 3.9% to 25.338 million tonnes in January to May 2009 compared to the same period of 2008.
Gas condensate production however fell by 4.7% to 5.178 million tonnes in the period.
Natural gas production grew 3.8% to 14.627 billion
