It is reported that GD Power Development approved plans by its subsidiary, GD Construction Company to invest CNY 1.9 billion to build the first phase of the Bulian power plant and undertake supplementary work on the Chahasu mine.
The Bulian power plant is located in Ordos, Inner Mongolia.
