It is reported that China CNR Corporation acquired a 44.79% stake in Shanghai Rail Traffic Equipment Development from Shanghai Electric Group for CNY 365.09 million.
As per report, in addition China CNR Corporation injected CNY 84.91 million into Shanghai Rail Development of which CNY 62.52
