Brazilian mining and metals company MMX Mineracao e Metalicos SA has concluded the acquisition of a 60% stake in the local mining company GVA Mineracao Ltda.
MMX said it will pay a total of USD 50.8 million, through 78 monthly installments.
The acquisition was made by MMX's subsidiary
