A Memorandum of Understanding defining the Performance Guarantee Parameters for the Financial Year 2010-11 has been signed between the Ministry of Power and THDC India Limited on March 9th 2010 at New Delhi.
The MoU was signed by Mr Hari Shankar Brahma secretary of Power and Mr RST Sai CMD
