ABG Group's bid to start operation at two Haldia dock berths, 2 and 8, suffered yet another setback. Twenty five out of a total 37 dumpers due to be moved into the berths for operation were damaged outside the dock areas. The engines were stuffed with sands and fuel tanks with sugar.
