ZincOx Resources revealed that it has appointed Mr Gautam Dalal as a non executive director. He replaces Mr Jeff Hewitt as chairman of the audit committee, who is retiring as a non exec and deputy chairman of the company.
Mr Dalal is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience
