Projects Today reported that Visa Power has requested the ministry of coal to allocate coal linkage, to meet the envisaged coal requirement of 6.2 million tonne per annum for the company's 4x250 MW independent power plant located at Brahmanbasta, in the Cuttak district of Orissa.
