The domestic Indian Steel prices remained stable on May 5th 2009. The Indian Long Product Price Index ILPPI dipped by only 3 points, whereas Indian Flat Product Price Index IFPPI improved by 6 points. The overall Indian Steel Price Index INDSPI too remained stable with a gain of 1 point.
