It is reported that the framework agreement of Hanzhong Steel's reconstruction was signed on May 7th in the meeting held by Hanzhong Govs in order to speed up local steel industrial combination.
The meeting decided to launch Hanzhong Iron & Steel Co ltd based on the present Hanzhong Steel
